Ordering and payment
Please remember that our website only shows a small percentage of our stock (many items sell before listing so please get in touch if you are searching for a particular item). Website orders can be placed via our secure ordering system. Payment for GB orders can be made by credit card, debit card or Paypal. Payment for overseas orders can be made by Paypal. In all cases we can only ship to the registered address. If you are ordering from Northern Ireland please contact us to confirm the total cost including applicable VAT.

Returns
All items we sell are covered by our 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy please return unused and we will refund you in full. It is important that you contact us beforehand to agree a suitable method of return.
Guarantee
Most items are fully covered by our six month guarantee (please refer to the item description). In the unlikely event that an item develops a fault we will arrange repair at our expense. Should repair be uneconomic or not possible we will refund. No cover is offered for faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Hours of business
Our hours of opening are Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 5.00 (UK time). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
